Elizabeth Angela Marguerite Bowes-Lyon (1900-2002) was the queen consort of King George VI and the mother of Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Margaret. 1961 Christmas card with printed sentiment for Christmas and the New Year signed, "from Elizabeth R," in blue ink, 8¼ x 6¾", with facing color print of the Garden at Royal Lodge. Fine condition. Accompanied by the transmittal envelope addressed to D. Stevenson Esq. / Head Gardener's House, Royal Gardens, Windsor, Bershire.
