1896-O. PCGS graded MS-62. Frosty and white. Light bagmarks. Scarce in this grade. A lustrous Select Uncirculated that has pale silvery white color and a original luster. Struck with not quite the required mathematical precision by the dies, some central areas are incomplete by an unsuccessful strike left by the rebound of the dies. This is one characteristic of many O-Mint dates from the 1890s, however, and is taken into factored in by the grading service (PCGS # 7242) .
