1798 S-170 R3 Style II Hair with Small 8. VG-7. A point or two sharper with a nick on the 8, a thin scrape on TES, and extremely faint roughness in the fields and protected areas. No verdigris. Slightly glossy light chocolate brown with lighter brown highpoints. E-MDS, Breen state II. The date is easily readable in spite of weakness on the 8 and the legends are clear.
