Important Collection of 90+ WWII Propaganda Leaflets: Rare Pieces Fired by V-1 & V-2 Rockets, Allied Propaganda and Some Cold War. Important collection of WWII propaganda (Psychological Warfare; PSYWAR) 50+ years in the making. A variety of propaganda leaflets German to Allied Forces, Allied Forces to German from just about every front. A great number of these German leaflets were rocket fired both by V-1 and V-2 rockets and are exceptionally scarce and historically significant. Included from the Reichsministerium für Volksaufklärung und Propaganda are: Set of five (5) "This is an Experiment-let's try it W. Churchill" (these pieces are so in demand and valuable, reproductions have been printed, these four are definitely original and in exceptional condition), Set of five (5) V1 P.O.W. Post, four in the vertical configuration, one in the horizontal, fine to excellent condition, all having minor evidence of rocket fired, set of four (4) Signal (40 page propaganda magazine) all Number 17, 1944, the "5 Minutes to 12" cover in very good condition, clearly rocket fired, Set of three (3) Ca c'était une bombe volante" V-1 rocket fired pieces fired over France and Belgium telling them to flee, Set of five (5) "The Other Side" both Number 2, 3, and 4, good to excellent condition (three definitely evidence of being rocket fired from the V-1), set of two (2) The POW Life Assurance Co. (POW life expectancy +37.3 Years longer than Average GI Joe), set and numerous single pieces including V1- Allied Invasion Starting, "Do You Have a Ghost of a Chance", "When Will The War Be Over", "Go South to Sunny Germany","Battle of Atlantic is being Lost!" "To Those Who Wonder" It's Your Job To Fight! and many more. Allied propaganda pieces dropped over Germany and other occupation territories include Safe Conduct flyers, set of 12 different British leaflets dropped over Italy in Italian, large Allied leaflets dropped over Germany and more. Also included are a collection of 20+ of small leaflets dropped over Germany some over East and some over West Berlin in the 1950s and two Chinese flyers dropped over Korea. Finally, the brochures, correspondence, documentation by experts including R. G. Auckland and Herbert Friedman as well as several vintage re-strike photos of V-1 and V-2 rockets are included, all fantastic resources for comprehensive information.
