1798 S-156 R5+ Style I Hair with Small 8. Good-5. Reverse of 1796. Sharpness F12 but moderately corroded. No verdigris, but there are some old pinscratches, mostly on the face. Slightly glossy dark chocolate brown with lighter chocolate highpoints. The date and legends are complete and easily readable in spite of the roughness. MDS, Breen state II.
