Go Blue! Signatures. Lot of two Time Magazines signed by University of Michigan stars Tom Harmon and Bob Chappuis. Chappuis inscribed in black ink, "Good Luck Arn." There is very faint mailing label residue on the Chappuis cover and minor abrasions. The Harmon cover has very minor edge wear at the top. Overall condition for both covers is very good to fine.
The Wolverines, a perennial powerhouse in the Big Ten, were a popular favorite and the outstanding players on the Michigan teams became celebrities. Harmon was the Heisman trophy winner in 1940 and one of the greatest tailbacks ever, and Chappuis, halfback, was a Look magazine cover boy.
