EGYPT. Ptolemy VI, 180-145 B.C. AR tetradrachm (14.17 g). Diad. bust of Ptolemy facing right with aegis before. Reverse: Eagle standing left on thunderbolt. SNG-Cop. 267. Boldly struck in very high relief with gorgeous natural iridescent toning. One of the finest examples we have seen. Superb Extremely Fine.
