1794 Liberty Cap Cent. . S-30 R1. PCGS graded VF-20. Somewhat frost medium brown with darker steel overtones. No roughness or verdigris. The only marks are a small spot of darker toning high on the neck, a couple faint diagonal hairline scratches at the 4 in the date, and a light nick on the left side of the T in UNITED. Nicely struck E-MDS, Breen state II. EAC grade F15, and the obverse is nearly choice for the grade. The PCGS slab contains one of the old green labels. A very attractive mid-grade example of a 1794 cent.
Estimated Value $750 - 1,000.

Realized $1,438
