1652 Pine Tree Shilling. Small planchet. . Noe-29 Rarity-3. PCGS graded EF-40. Mostly glossy medium silvery gray with darker toning in protected areas. No planchet flaws of contact marks, although the strike is slightly soft at the top of both sides. The obverse is nicely centered while the reverse is off a bit to the top. An attractive example of the small planchet version of the Pine Tree Shilling. Weight listed as 71.6 grains on the PCGS label.
