Lot 1029
1859-O Liberty Seated $1 PCGS MS64. PCGS graded MS-64. CAC Approved. Lovely light toning on the obverse. A Premium Quality example for the grade, which is seldom found this nice and rarely any finer. Although this date is well known for an an original bag that was released in mint state approximately 100 years after these were struck, the vast majority of the coins in that bag were rather abraded, so top quality pieces remain sparse. Pop 27; 3 finer with 1 in 64+, 2 in 65. (PCGS # 6947) Estimated Value $5,000 - 5,500
