  U.S., Hawaii and Canada, 1847-1970. Dealer's stock in about 15 carefully annotated and identified small stock books + more on pages, envelopes, loose etc. Catalog values range up to about $600, and there is a healthy supply of items that should retail in the $25-100 range. Better unused items include $5 Hamilton (x3), E3 (x4), $1 Parcel Post and more. About 3/4 of the value is in U.S., with 3 stock books each of Canada and Hawaii, plus a book of Hawaii, even a better Japan set. Majority is mint (perhaps 2 books total are used), with a wide range of condition being present. Note Farleys, souvenir sheets, a books of proofs and essays (including a full-size large die proof), many plate blocks from the 1920's onward - quite a variety here! Well worth inspection and should prove useful to the retail dealer looking for stock.

  U.S. mint collection balance, 1851-1986. Neatly mounted in 3 Lighthouse hingeless albums. Chock full of unused classics, including 1851, 1857, 1861 issues, a few 1869's, many Bank Notes, extensive 1890's regulars, a range of Washington-Franklin issues, 1923 regulars complete (including the $5), 1938 Presidentials, Pan-Americans, commemoratives nearly complete from 1920, plus a selection of airmail. Earlier issues and high values are mostly faulty, but attractive appearing; later issues generally f.-v.f. Catalog value will easily top $22,000. Inspection will definitely prove rewarding.

  U.S. collection balance, 1851-1980. A beautiful selection neatly mounted in two Scott hingeless albums. This mostly mint collection includes a smattering of classics and Bank Note issues, a good selection of low and medium value mint regular issues from the 1890's, with catalog values to about $150, 1902 issue to 13¢, Jamestown complete, some Washington-Franklin coils and coil pairs, Offset issues nearly complete, 1922-23 regiular issue complete to the $2, a well centered White Plains souvenir sheet (lightly hinged, no faults), regular issues and commemoratives very nearly complete from about 1929 including the 1938 Presidentials and 1954 Liberty issues. Back-of-the-book includes 1933 Chicago Zeppelin, Special Handling and Parcel Post Postage Dues complete, a few Newspapers, some useful Postage Dues, a complete unused set of Ducks 1934-1981 (key values with small faults or gum problems, but well centered and attractive throughout). There are quite a few very useful items that would retail in the $50-300 range here, with the condition averaging toward very fine or better for most (just a few with small faults). A valuable lot, well worth inspection. Catalog value probably around $12,000.

Features Navy Chewing Tobacco (1-2/3 oz.), Senator Smoking Tobacco (2 oz.), John Cornish Tobacco (½ oz.), Navy Chewing Tobacco (1½ oz.), Cavendish Tobacco (½ oz.).
