1970 Apollo 13 FLOWN LM webbing strap. Braided cloth strap (5" long) is a portion of the webbing from the lunar module Aquarius that was salvaged by Apollo 13 crew before LM jetisoning. Includes typed and hand signed COA from consignor saying in part" "…salvaged…webbing was cut into small pieces and presented to members of the ground crew that helped the crew return safely. This was given to me in 1970…."

1970 Apollo 13 vintage embroidered 4" diameter crew patch. Manufactured by AB emblem, this is the design worn by Apollo 13 crew on their blue jumpsuits when they exited the helicopter on board USS Iwo Jima. This is the design for the Apollo 13 crew patch. Similar to the Lion Brothers version but the curving fill pattern of the sun and shape of Moon craters are different. The crew carried examples of this patch as souvenirs on the flight. Includes information sheet as background support. Very scarce.

1970 Apollo 13 used & signed LMS-2 training manual checklist page. Two sided manual page, 5½"x8", signed by both Jim Lovell and Fred Haise. Handwritten note (probably by Lovell) reads "used in training for Apollo 13." Pencil underline of one numerical figure likely done during usage. Procedure outlined deals with detailed programs involved in spacecraft alignment.

1970 Fred Haise signed covers & images. Group of 11 items, all signed by Fred Haise to which he has added "Apollo 13 LMP." Covers include launch, recovery and day of explosion, all cacheted and canceled at Cape Canaveral on appropriate date. Images include both 8"x10" photos and lithos with duplicate images of which five are personalized. Crew images include Swigert, not Mattingly. Bold signatures.
