One of only eight replacement examples of this Friedberg number that have crossed the desks at PCGS, this lovely piece from the Philadelphia district is the second highest graded, with the finest being a 45PPQ. This moderately circulated note retains originality and received the Premium Paper Quality designation. The closest competitors to this piece are two VF25 notes, both lacking the PPQ designation. Examples seldom appear at auction, making this a rare opportunity to acquire one of these star notes.
