Sterling Silver Cigarette Case with Exquisite Asian Dragon Motif. An exceptional 7" long sterling silver cigarette case that can hold a full pack. The exterior of this cigarette case is adorned with a highly detailed and ornate Asian dragon motif, which meanders across the surface with an air of mythical grace. In the center, an empty medallion awaits a personalized monogram or initials. Opening the case reveals an opulent gilt-washed interior marked with three stamps: a WO, silver, and a third unknown stamp, which likely consists of Chinese characters. This horseshoe-shaped matchstick holder has a relief on one side depicts two jockeys skillfully guiding their horses. On the opposite side, two cyclists in action. The front plate of the horseshoe swings upward, revealing a spacious compartment for storing matchsticks. At the top of the horseshoe, a striker plate is thoughtfully integrated. Inside there is an engraving on the lid reading "IXXVI" with no makers marks or hallmarks found.
