  Documented Order of Red Banner of RSFSR. Award # 9908. 1920’s. Silver. Type 1. Comes with original large award certificate ("Gramota"), issued to comrade Andreev K.K. on October 10, 1921. The certificate has award number, and signed by E. Sklyansky (one of the prominent figures of the Soviet Revolution, and most likely one of the first of Stalin’s political kills). Also, comes with Orders Book, issued to comrade Andreev K.K. on April 27, 1942 (obviously, a reissue for the original Order’s Book, signed by one of the "enemy’s of the people", hence, reissued). The Orders Book has entry for this order, as well as a WWII issued order of the Red Star, which is missing. Chips on red enamel, screw plate is missing, silver screwback nut is not original, however, fits perfectly. Torch and poles show no repairs, well above average and very rare with 2 documents.   Documented Order of the Red Banner of Labor of Ukraine. Award # 201. Bronze. Red and white enamels. Herf 1.3. Kuts pp. 103-128. Only about 400 issued. Comes with excessively rare and unpublished in N. Strekalov’s book on Republican Orders first type Order’s book (includes photo), issued on March 3rd, 1932 (privileges authorized from January 1st, 1932). Awarded to comrade Mikola Dmitrovich Litvinov. Extremely rare as a documented set. Excellent and fully original enamels, complete with unique nut and plate. The wreath was apparently broken off at some point and later refabricated, hence, the original hammer and anvil aren’t attached to it. Order’s book shows wear, binding is repaired, still fully intact with all pages present. Estimated Value $15,000 - UP

Panchenko Ivan Nikiforovich (1904 – 1975), was a Red Army officer. Started service in 1931, actively participated in Finnish War and Great Patriotic War. During WWII, distinguished himself in successfully commanding 8th Guards rifle regiment during Vienna operation. By decree of April 28, 1945, bestowed with the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, with GOLD HSU Star #3478 and Order of Lenin #33583. After the war, continued to serve in the Soviet Army. Retired in 1955. Kolyadin Victor Ivanovich (1922 – 2008), was a career Red Army pilot. Started in mid-1930’s, was able to graduate from military pilot school in June 1941 (!). Immediately engaged on a front against German aggression. Flew on several types of aircraft, also served as instructor-pilot for some time in 1943. During WWII, distinguished himself in 685 missions, where he was able to score 15 personal victories. By decree of June 29, 1945, he was bestowed with the title of Hero of the Soviet Union. Participated in Korean War of 1950-1955, where he was able to make about 40 missions, in which he had 20 dog fights, with 5 personal kills as a final score. Real fighter pilot ace, with confirmed score of 20 personal victories over the 2 wars. In 1961, graduated from famous Military Academy of General Staff. Awarded to Slavinskaya Maria Semyonovna – senior nurse of 1272th rifle regiment, 384th rifle division. According to the award citation, not only she was able to attend to 67 wounded during the battle, and carry out 20 if them out of encirclement, she also fought bravely, using her rifle and grenades!
