British Airways Concorde 1986 Passenger Flight Folder Folios and Two Passenger Gifts of Sterling Silver Concord Picture Frames. From 1986, the 10th Anniversary of British Airways' Concorde London/New York service, four in-flight complimentary passenger folios which contain an SST brochure, baggage labels, flight schedule, Concorde stationery, in-flight entertainment guide, photo with plane statistics and two complimentary magazines. Two folios appear complete, one is without the magazines and one is empty. Also included in this lot and in their original boxes are two 4 x 4" hallmarked sterling silver picture frames with engraved Concorde logo; thank you gifts for flying the Concorde, one sealed pair of comfy socks and a 50 page soft-bound book on the history of the Concorde. Lynette Cook, "Sungrazer" Original Mixed Media on Board of Comet Orbiting Near the Sun. Lynette Cook is well known for her exoplanet artworks, many of which have accompanied media and press releases. Cook's illustrations are featured in the book "Infinite Worlds: An Illustrated Voyage to Planets Beyond Our Sun," which she co-authored with Ray Villard, and the children's book titled Faraway Worlds: Planets Beyond Our Solar System, written by Paul Halpern. Cook describes this striking and beautiful work: "Comets move around the sun in long oribits. Comets which pass very close to the sun are called sungrazers with some actually crashing into the sun." 11½ x 15½", framed and matted to 19 x 23½" and in excellent condition. Charles Lindbergh, Signed First Edition "WE", 1927 (1902-1974) Charles Lindbergh achieved world fame with his non-stop flight from New York to Paris in 1927, a feat at the time equivalent to the first moon landing. An enormous public figure due both to tragedy and political activism. One of the most important figures of the 20th Century. Offered is a signed First Edition of WE his autobiography of his life in aviation and its future. Lindbergh has signed boldly below his photo opposite the title page; signature has been authenticated by James Spence, LOA included. G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1927., 1927. Hardcover. Condition is in near fine condition bound in the publisher's original gilt stamped blue cloth, minor rubbing to upper edges of spine and a bookseller's sticker inside front laid endpaper. Chuck Yeager: Boldly Signed Wood Model of the X-1 and Signed Commemorative 25th Anniversary Cover, LOas by S. Zarelli (1923-2020) Celebrated legend of the skies was a United States Air Force officer, flying ace, and record-setting test pilot who in 1947 became the first pilot in history confirmed to have exceeded the speed of sound in level flight. The list of accolades and awards are endless and his position in pop-culture forever cemented due to both the book "The Right Stuff" as well as the original film version. Offered is a signed wood model from The Danbury Mint, which Yeager has boldly signed on the right wing. This exceptional model plane is a 1/32 scale model, signed ''Chuck Yeager' and measures 11.5'' long x 9.25'' wide x 7.25'' tall as displayed. Excellent condition, in original box that is in good condition. 2.) Also included is a signed postal cover commemorating the 25th Anniversary of his 1st Supersonic Flight on October 14, 1972. Especially great is the cover was canceled on Oct. 14,1972 at Edwards, Ca.

Test Pilots: Chuck Yeager (Scarce Signed & Flown Cover) Bill Dana and Milt Thompson, Signed Photos + High Altitude Jumper, Joe Kittinger. Three test pilots whose contributions in flying aircraft at supersonic speeds ushered in man's reach into space.
1.) Chuck Yeager (1923-2020) likely the most well known test pilot of all, having broken the sound barrier in the X-1. He has boldly signed a very scarce flown cover from the 1983 Paris Air Show, that commemorated Yeager's triumph with a fantastic illustrated cover of the X-1, with Glamorous Glennis (his wife) stenciled on the jet. LOA by Steve Zarelli. Cover was limited to only 1000 worldwide and boasts a unique hand cancel/postmark. 2.) Bill Dana (1930-2014) and Milt Thompson (1926-1993) two of the only twelve test pilots who flew the X-15 jet who both went on to life long engineering position with NASA Each have signed an 8 x10" portrait standing in front of the X-15 with Dana's photo in color and Thompson's photo with LOA by Zarelli.

Joe Kittinger (1928, age 92) High altitude parachute jumper who in the latter half of the 1950s, set records for the highest skydive from heights greater than 19 miles. Three pieces signed including a 5 x 7" photo in front of his gondola. All three pieces authenticated by Steve Zarelli

15 Extremely Rare Photo Postcards of Early Aviation, Dirigibles and Pilots Including One of the Wright Brothers Plane. 15 rare photo postcards for every level of collector of early aviation, including pilots and WWI. Many of these cards came from France, about half have been stamped and addressed and are overall in good to very good condition. There are six regarding dirigibles including the Le "Jaune" dirigible in flight by Chalais-Meudon, and another while docked in hanger also called the Le Dirigeable LeBaudy' and the large funeral procession of victims in a dirigible crash held in Versailles. For aviation a shot of "I'Aéroplane Wright", a stunning near pristine post card of a WWI German plane plummeting from the skies after being hit, Aug. 22, 1977 (both cards very important), images of Douglas Corrigan, and several French designers with their planes.
