(No date). Delaware Washington Quarter, struck 90 % Off Center. PCGS graded MS-64 "Mint Error". This one is perfectly aligned in that the word "DELAW" and "QUARTER" are all that are visible, hence we know the date is 1999 and that this is a Delaware Statehood Quarter. One for the error specialist who demands top quality spectacular errors.
