Franklin Mint Sterling Silver Pieces: 3 Outstanding Great West Plates, 1 George Washington, 1 Etched Dogfight Scene + US Kennedy 50¢ Proofs. This listing is for a set of three vintage Franklin Mint sterling silver plates from the 1970s. Each plate measures 8" inches in diameter and features a different artist's work. They're marked "Sterling Silver Limited Edition" then individually numbered on the back. The plates are in excellent condition and were removed from their original wood and glass shadow boxes to photograph to their best advantage. Coas have turned yellow but fine. Regarding the frames, notify if you want them included in shipping or not. After 50 years in age, fresh frames are in order. The three included are:
"Horizon's West" - Richard Baldwin 1972
"Mountain Man" - Gordon Phillips 1972
"Prospector" - Gus Shafer 1973

Also included is a George Washington sterling silver commemorative plate with 24K gold inlay from the White House Historical Society, an unusual series where a series of etched on sterling silver entitled Dogfight 1917. Framed to 16X 12" with the actual panel 11 x 7½

Finally from the US Mint on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Kennedy Half-Dollar, four half-dollars: Proof, Reverse Proof, Uncirculated and Enhanced Uncirculated in presentation folio.

The four plates weigh a total of 48 troy ounces. The sterling silver etching is unknown. The half dollars 1.46 troy ounces. Estimated Value $900 - UP

Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Pieces Including Two Heavy Serving Spoons, Audubon Pattern, One Slotted Chrysanthemum Patter, S&P Shakers + More. From Tiffany & Co. several pre-owned but very fine sterling silver pieces. Two heavy sterling silver serving spoons in the popular Audubon pattern, a very heavy slotted spoon in their historic Chrysanthemum pattern, one pair of sterling silver, matching salt shaker and pepper grinder, and the delightful and very useful Tiffany & Co. pill box egg. Also included, not from Tiffany & Co. are two sterling silver bread trays and olive spoon. 28½ ozt measuring the salt shaker twice instead of pepper mill. Estimated Value $800 - UP

Tiffany & Co. Antique Pierced Sterling Silver Trumpet Vase, 1902–1907, with Funnel Shaped Glass Liner + Two Matching Tiffany Crystal Vases. Fine vintage piece by Tiffany & Co., a pierced sterling silver trumpet shaped vase in excellent pre-owned condition. Vase has clear glass liner with ground-to-flat base to hold water and flowers. Unsure if the original glass, but it is exactly the perfect height flush to top of vase just as mouth widens. Apparently this is an early 20th Century piece, identified being from 1902-1907. 13 x 7 x 7", 26¼ ozt. and in very fine condition with evidence of handling comensurate with age.

Also included are two matching, contemporary Tiffany crystal vases in mint condition. 8 x 2 x 2". Estimated Value $500 - UP

Christofle of Paris, Rare, Early 20th Century Gold Gilt Bronze and Crystal Compote/Tazza Centerpiece. Christofle is a goldsmith and tableware company, founded in Paris in 1830 by Charles Christofle. The company is known for having introduced electrolytic gilding in Christofle in 1842 and has created for 150+ years some of the most beautiful pieces for the table and prized throughout the world. Offered is a Belle Epoque tazza or compote of extraordinary craftsmanship. The pedestal is triangular shaped of branches and blossoms that supports a stunning, heavily faceted shallow bowl. This is a significant centerpiece for any table standing at 12" tall with the crystal bowl 11" in diameter. No chips or cracks, this beautiful work has been well taken care of spanning a hundred years. Estimated Value $1,800 - UP

Lady's Sterling Silver Antique Vanity Set by Reed & Barton, 12 Pieces. Beautiful 12 piece vanity set from Reed & Barton of Taunton, Massachusetts. From a more genteel time, a 13 piece vanity set, one of the largest Goldberg Auctions has ever offered. Included: one brush, hand mirror (beveled mirror intact), shoe horn, button hook, fingernail file, fingernail buffer, cuticle pusher, scissors, small blade, small brush, letter opener, and two make-up pots. In very fine to excellent condition comensurate with age. Most have a single "E" monogram. A lovely set.

Beautiful, Late 19th Century Russian Repousse Silver Torah Breastplate Marked 84 Dated 1890. Beautiful, antique repousse Torah breastplate from Russia marked B.C. over 1890, twice marked 84 silver fineness (Russian silver 87.5% fineness) with a hallmark of onion shaped dome. The breastplate is in beautiful condition boasting accomplished craftsmanship, with a rich patina that can only come over a great deal of time. Breastplate has engraved recto/verso silver calendar plates for the Sabbath (shown), Holiday, New Years, Sukkot, Yom Kippur and others. The plates are store inside compartment door. Conveying with this breastplate, the consignor has translated most of the engraved passages.

Breastplate measure 11 x 9" and weighs 23 ozt. The crown is firmly affixed but it appears silver solder was added to base, but not visible unless examining upside down. Also included are 4 additional silver bells. Beautiful piece. Estimated Value $2,000 - UP
