Fine Collection of Vintage Sephardic Jewish Ceremonial Objects. A.) Five (5) Yads or Torah Pointers 9-15" in length with two double pointers for right and left handed readers.
B.) Large Hamsa to swat away evil spirits 14" in length and quite the striking piece with numerous inlays of agate and Persian turquoise.
C.) Two large and elaborate Hanukkah menorahs 13½" and 18½ inches tall resplendent in inlays of semi-precious stones.
D.) Large mantle candelabra for services with six candle holders suspended from center arch and three holders on top.
All pieces are in heavy silverplate and brass. The two menorahs separate easily from base for storage. Estimated Value $2,500 - 4,000

Quartet of Vintage and Antique Yads (Torah Pointers) All Quite Striking. Vintage/Antique Yads boasting enormous appeal. Two are marked sterling and one is inscribed "Salute to a New Member from the Halifax Board of Trade".
The long brass Yad has a number of inlays in agate and Persian turquoise.
