Firmly positioned in the top 20 sterling silver flatware patterns of all time, the 1932 Towle King Richard silverware design is a classic "King’s" pattern, meaning the handle features a combination of shells and scrolls. Offered here is a fantastic collection for 8 with many serving pieces and napkin rings. 52 Piece Wallace Sterling Silver Place Setting; Rose Point. One of the top 5 sterling silver patterns of all time, Wallace Silver's Rose Point pattern premiered in 1934 and was designed by William S. Warren. It remains enormously popular today due to its scroll work, roses, and a pierced handle, modeled on the intricate details of needlepoint and lace work. Offered is a place setting, while not complete, is very close to dinner for eight. 6 dinner forks, 4 dinner knives, 8 teaspoons, 5 salad forks, 6 dessert forks, 6 butter knives, 6 steak knives, 4 demitasse spoons, 3 serving spoons, 1 serving fork, 1 cake server, 1 sugar spoon, 1 small sugar tongs, and 1 tomato spoon. The flatware consists primarily the "French Renaissance" pattern that premiered in 1941 and was designed by George L. Turner. There are 8 forks, 6 dinner knives, 8 teaspoons, 6 soup spoons, 6 dessert forks, 4 demitasse spoons, 6 butter spreads, 6 cocktail forks, 1 butter knife and 1 solid jelly spoon. Augmenting the setting is the very similar Reed & Barton "Francis I" pattern that premiered in 1907 with 6 forks, 1 dessert fork and 1 butter spread the hostess used as extras. 78½ troy ounces (excluding the stainless steel portion of knives) and in excellent condition. Two Pairs (4 Total) of Russian Silver and Enamel Spoons, Early 20th Century. Two different pairs of Russian enamel silver demitasse spoons and tea spoons from the turn of the 20th Century. These spoons are in a traditional floral pattern in vivid enamels on a silver stippled field with the larger pair of spoons boasting gilt washed bowls and twisted handles that have a band of enamel decoration, terminating with crown finials. The smaller spoons also have beautiful enameled details. All fours spoons are hallmarked 84 zolotniki. The pair of longer spoons have "GK" (in Cyrillic) and with St. Petersburg marks and measure 5½" and weigh 1¾ ozt. The shorter spoons measure 4¼", weigh 1 ozt and are hallmarked but impossible to read. All four in excellent condition. Estimate $500 - 800 View details and enlarged photo

Two Antique Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Tea Service Pieces, Early 20th Century. Offering two wonderful antique Tiffany & Co., sterling silver pieces. The first is a stunning Georgian style sterling silver sugar basket. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca. 1920s, the bowl has pierced interlacing, incised bands, stepped foot, and tapering handle. The basket has its original deep cobalt glass liner. Hallmark includes pattern no. 17831A and director’s letter M (1907-1947) and of course stamped Tiffany & Co., Sterling Silver. 3¾ ozt. for sterling basket alone. 3 x 3½ x 3½" and in excellent condition. The other is a turn-of-the-century repoussé tea caddy container with tight-fitting lid and floral finial, which has an all-over floral and filigree repoussé design with a gold-washed interior. These three matching spoons are in a traditional floral pattern in vivid enamels on a silver stippled field with gilt washed bowls. The twisted handles have a band of enamel decoration, terminating with crown finial. The spoons are hallmarked 84 zolotniki, with silversmith's initials "AB" (in Cyrillic) and with a Moscow Kokoshnik mark before 1908. Antonio Pineda Sterling Silver Lady's Powder Compact ca. 1940s. Antonio Pineda was born 1908 in Mexico and became a celebrated silversmith especially in the 1940s and 1950s and was considered in the same league as Georg Jensen and Margaret De Patta. Known for his silver content of 970 (sterling silver standard is 925) and craftsmanship his pieces remain today well regarded. Offered is a powder compact with elaborate etching on top and bottom of case. Inside is a mirror and a silver hinged lid which held the powder and pad, with the original pad still included. Exceptionally Fine 1948 Flint (Chicago) Cutlery Set In Original Wood Case with Papers. A culinary blast from the past. An exceptionally fine carving set in superior presentation condition from 1948. This set appears to have only been used once just by the very light scratches visible. This was made by Flint, a division of EKCO Products Company of Chicago. Wood presentation box is near to mint condition as is the deep red fabric lining inside. Remarkably, the original brochures are inside and again in near to mint condition. One is a set of instructions on keeping your "Flint hollow ground carving set sharp and beautiful." The other has to be one of the most unusual celebrity endorsements, by Edward Arnold, courtesy of MGM Pictures and star of DIAMOND JIM BRADY and MR. 3 Different Russian Silver Spoons, Two With Enamel Details. Three Russian spoons all stamped 84 zolotniki. Two of the spoons have Moscow Kokoshnik marks after 1908 and have gray enamel in a traditional Slavik design with Cyrillic writing. The largest spoon is 6¾" in length, mark "MPM". The shorter spoon 6" in length mark "B" and together both weigh 2 ozt. The smallest spoon has etching on back of spoon and twisted handle with marks illegible.
