Lot 1623
William Mills' Custom Desktop For Roman Coins. Professionally made desktop glass and aluminum locking coin display with five battery operated LED lights that can operate by remote and with timer. Display can hold 105 coins (7 rows of 15) and can be customed to any collection by replacing the small information cards. Clearly the display formerly exhibited a fine collection of ancient coins. Wood stand is likely a fine drafting table as top is swivel adjusted and measures 30 x 32 x 24" but works perfectly to display the case. Case itself is made of glass and aluminum and tapers up from bottom to top (to avoid glare) and measures 22 inches x 34" with the depth of case tapering from 4 to 6 inches. Lights and remote use AAA batteries and also stand comes with a large container of silica gel desiccant to keep humidity out. In excellent condition, perfect for dealers or collectors alike. Estimate Value $350 - UP
