Celebrated American artist, Paul Rousso (1958-) is known throughout the world for his outsized 3-D sculptures inspired by common materials such as magazine pages, candy wrappers and most notably, currency. For the first time Goldberg Auctions is offering one of his original pieces; "Thousand Dollar Bill" Usually his works are large mural-sized, hanging sculptures but in the offer is a scarce table top work of a crumpled thousand dollar bill. Measuring 9 x 16 x 9", this mixed media work on hand-sculpted styrene can be displayed on its side or upright both perfectly capturing the natural curves and shapes of an oversized and crumpled bill.
