1806 S-270 R1 PCGS graded XF40. Glossy light to medium chocolate brown. No spots, stains or corrosion. The only notable marks are a very faint scuff of hairlines across the lower part of the portrait (all lost in the toning) and a barely visible rim bruise over IT in UNITED. MDS, Breen state III, with a short die crack from the dentils opposite the neck. Our grade is VF30. The attribution and Heard provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 2; 12 finer for the variety. PCGS #36436. Estimate Value $1,500 - UP
