1869. NGC graded Proof 64. Mostly untoned with flashy bright silver dominating. Well struck as expected for a Proof, but always a welcome feature to see the stars so well defined and all of Liberty's curls clear. These early Proofs are scarce, with only 600 struck. Pop 52; 32 finer, 16 in 65, 11 in 66, 4 in 67, 1 in 67 Star. Estimate Value $5,000 - 5,500
