Cross on black enamel center with the motto: ‘?????? – ?????–?????’ (Advantage, Honor, Fame) around on red enamel. Kokoshnik mark on back ‘84 (head l.) AP’ and maker’s marks: ‘??’ and ‘???AP??’.
