Elabite (Tourmaline) Striking Elongated Cabinet Specimen, Afghanistan. Elbaite, the most valuable of the tourmaline group, is found in a variety of colors and tones. Offered here is a fine and quite striking specimen with elongated prismatic crystals that are heavily striated and in a wonderful purple-red color with similar elbaite crystals clustered to one side and some lepidolite.
