Webb (1906-1992). Oval receipt stamp "Under Secretary / Nov 14 1949 / Department of State" at the right. In fine condition. In full, "Thanks for the background memoranda on the visit of His Imperial Majesty, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, Shahinshah of Iran. I appreciate your thoughtfulness in sending it to me very much."
