1804 S-266c R2 VG8. Sharpness F12 but covered with very fine porosity. There are a few microscopic pits at the rim just left of the date, one of which contains a bit of green verdigris, plus a slightly larger pit under the Y in LIBERTY. Otherwise there are no notable marks. Dull dark steel brown and chocolate. The date and legends are complete and clear. LDS, Breen state IV, with cud breaks over RTY and MERIC.
