1828 C-3 R1 13-Star Obverse NGC graded MS62 Brown. Frosty chocolate and olive brown with darker steel brown toning on the highpoints and lustrous lighter steel brown toning in the protected areas. The only mark is a shallow pin scratch under the bust tip, and you need a glass to see it. LDS, Manley state 4.0, with multiple fine die clashmarks on the reverse. Our grade is AU55.
