1804 C-12 R2 Crosslet 4 with Stemless Wreath EF45. Frosty medium steel brown and chocolate. Smooth and attractive with only light friction on the devices. A tiny pinprick low on the throat, a small rim nick at ST in STATES, and two tiny rim nicks over ES in STATES are the notable marks. MDS with minor die rust in the obverse fields.
