Antique Russian Amber Beaded Necklace. Necklace of graduated, substantial, disk-shaped, golden earth brown amber beads, some with beautiful light and dark patterns, strung on a knotted silk cord. From the large, highly translucent deep golden brown central bead, D. 1¼" (3 cm) is suspended an extremely fine filigree and granulated teardrop-shaped silver pendant that carries 5 small, linked branches, each echoing the teardrop motif.
