Gold Ram's Head Hoop Earrings. 22 karat gold hoop earrings, each bearing a rams head fully sculpted in the round with two prominent recurving spiral horns, eyes, mouth, and other anatomical details. The earrings are rendered in the Hellenistic style of the 4th-3rd century B.C., the age of Alexander the Great, who claimed the ram-headed god, Ammon, as his divine progenitor. 43.8 grams.
