2 Signed Photos by Hollywood Legends including Hope, Crosby, Stewart, and Rogers. Two vintage original black and white stills both from 1940s, signed. The first is a wirephoto from the 1941 Academy Award ceremony where Jimmy Steward won fort THE PHILADELPHIA STORY, Ginger Rogers for KITTY FOYLE and Bob Hope hosted. All three autographs were obtained at different times, all boldly signed in felt tip pens. Photo measures 7¼" x 9½" with a slight tape left on far right side. As commonly done by newspapers, there is are slight enhancements in the photo executed by hand for better clarity and detail in the newspaper. The other still is from 1940, a posed promotional still for the film THE ROAD TO ZANZIBAR, the second of the seven "Road" pictures. Signed by all three leads, again at different times, Crosby's in ball point pen, and Lamour's and Hope's in felt tip pen. This piece in excellent condition. Estimated Value $400 - 600
