Over 50 Celebrity & Political Signatures Obtained During THE CONCERT FOR NEW YORK CITY, 2001 including Clinton & Trump. On October 20, 2001, Paul McCartney and others spear headed a benefit at Madison Square Garden in response to the attacks on September 11, 2001 to honor the first responders, their families, those lost and those still engaged in recovery work. The concert was broadcast live on VH-1 and a shortened version broadcast later on CBS. It raised in excess of 35 million and is now considered a landmark concert event by Rolling Stone Magazine with THE WHO, David Bowie, Billie Joel and Elton John particularly singled out for their performances. Offered is an oversized, black and white, double weight photograph 16½" x 11" the Twin Towers featured in the center and signed by many of those performing and in attendance.
