[Basketball]. 1970 Lakers Championship Team Signed Ball. Basketball signed by the members of the 1970 Western Division Champion Los Angeles Lakers team. After sweeping Atlanta in the Division Finals, the Lakers faced the New York Knicks in the NBA Finals. Going to seven games, the Finals were a tug-of-war between two great teams, with emotion carrying the Knicks to victory in Game Seven. The twelve signatures on this ball belong to Elgin Baylor, Wilt Chamberlain (signing "Wilt") Mel Counts, Rich Roberson, John Egan, Keith Erickson, Jerry West, Dick Barnett, "Happy" Harriston, Mike Lynn, Willie McCarter and coach Joe Mullaney. There is a minor scuff on the ball, but the overall condition is very good. A great item for any Laker fan.
