On a check from The Merchants National Bank of San Francisco, and made payable to "Symmes & Means," in the amount of $50.00. Punch cancelled and stamped on verso, imprinted on recto but signature not affected. Fine condition.
London spent much of 1912 working on his beloved Beauty Ranch in the Sonoma Valley.
