Armstrong, Neil (b. 1930) First man to set foot on the Moon. The pictures of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin on the Moon and Armstrong's words ("One small step for man, one giant step for mankind") fundamentally changed man's perception of the universe and his place in it.
Signature ("Neil Armstrong"). Signed Time Magazine cover. Inscribed "Apollo 11" in black ink. The cover has been matted to an overall size of 11 x 14". In very good condition.
Portraying Armstrong's moonwalk with an American flag in his hands, this striking cover was issued on July 25, 1969.
