Netherlands with first issue used and other earlies plus originall gum, hinged and NEVER HINGED sets that include C13-14 hinged. Saar with complete sets hinged and NEVER HINGED and better items that include Scott B1 through B60 and C12 all hinged. Some used, rest hinged or NEVER HINGED. Mostly fine to very fine.
