Nordic Black Slate Pendant, Bronze Age, ca. 2400-1000 BC. A long thin rectangular black slate pendant. Drilled slanting to the edges for suspension, the lower end narrows to a slender edge. Modern 24 karat gold setting attached to a neck ring. Measures: 6 X 10 cm (pendant); Diameter: 12.7 cm (neck ring); Weight: 31.0 gm.
