Remington, Frederic. Double Trouble. Frederic Remington (1861-1909) proved one of the most iconic and popular Western artists in American history. This very handsome bronze sculpture is a handmade reproduction based on his work. American made and cast in the traditional lost wax practice with a rich, hand-finished patina. Remington's signature is signed in base as in the original along with the contemporary sculptures' initials in the bronze base on the opposing side. Sculpture is mounted on green marble base. 9" x 14" x 7" and in excellent condition. Weighs 22½ pounds.
