4 Striking and Handsome Portraits of Hollywood Stars of the Golden Age of Mitchum, Lancaster, Crosby and Cagney. Collection of 4 autographed 8" x 10" portraits of Hollywood leading me from the 1940s and 1950s. The best three are vintage original studio portraits of Robert Mitchum (signed Bob), stamped on verso, photo by Ernest Bachrach RKO Radio Pictures dated 1947, boldly signed in fountain pen, Burt Lancaster, a vintage original portrait dated 1948 by Universal Pictures nicely signed and a 1947 vintage original portrait from Paramount Pictures of the great Bing Crosby boasting a very bold signature. The fourth is a color re-strike of James Cagney taken in the 1950s signed in ball point pen. All portraits in fine condition, and do show evidence of handling and some compression lines and the occasional hairline scratch, but only clearly visible when held sideways to light.
