12 Striking Double-Weight Signed Portraits Including Amos & Andy, Bing Crosby, Don Ameche, Noel Coward. Handsome collection of major leading men of Hollywood's Golden Age represented here in these beautifully autographed 8" x 10" double-weight portraits. 8 are sepia toned portraits which include Bing Crosby, Don Ameche, Ralph Bellamy (TRADING PLACES duo!), a wonderful Noel Coward inscribed and signed to actress Ann Rutherford, Robert Cummings who likely had the best signature in Hollywood at the time, Rudy Valleé, Amos & Andy (appears inscribed and signed by Freeman Gosden, signed over somewhat dark suit) and Brian Aherne dated 1937 beautifully inscribed and signed in brown, a bit faint across dark suit, still quite legible. Black and white portraits include Charles Starrett a major Western star here photographed by the great Otto Dyar, looking tailored and dapper in a suit, Robert Walker star of Hitchcock's STRANGER ON A TRAIN, William Farnum and the late Louis Jourdan. Photos overall in excellent condition, signatures overall quite bold except where noted above.
