1855. NGC graded Proof 65. Boldly struck as expected for a Proof, with lovely blue toning on both sides which accents the devices and greatly increases the strong appeal of a Gem! An incredible rarity as the Arrows coins were only struck of this precise type from 1853 to 1855, and each of these Proofs is an historic rarity that is seldom offered. Mintages were tiny at best, survivors are extraordinary. Only 25 minted, and this one is tied for the finest seen. A fantastic coin for the collector who demands quality and rarity.
