1827 N-1 R2 PCGS graded AU58. Very attractive glossy medium brown with steel brown toning on the highpoints. The only marks are a light scratch in the field near the main curl and a nick hidden in the hair over BE in LIBERTY. EDS with hard, reflective fields on both sides. A beautiful cent. Our grade is EF45+ close to AU50. This is the plate coin for the variety in John Wright's "The Cent Book." The attribution is noted on the PCGS label.
