Geta. Silver Denarius (3.16 g), as Caesar, AD 198-209. Rome, under Septimius Severus and Caracalla, AD 200-205. P SEPT GETA CAES PONT, bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Geta right. Reverse: PR-INC IVVENT, prince standing facing, head left, holding branch and inverted spear. RIC 15b; BMC 232-3; RSC 159a. Underlying luster evident. NGC grade Ch AU; Strike: 5/5, Surface: 4/5.
