1805. BD-2, Rarity 4. PCGS graded EF-45. Mostly untoned with smooth wear and attractive surfaces. The strike was sharp enough to bring up the complex designs of Liberty's curls and especially the reverse with the small stars over the eagle and all the tiny feathers in his wings.Free of any deep or distracting handling marks, keeping the eye appeal strong. Highly collectible and one of the more sought after series of early coins. These have long had a strong following and make for a handsome display. Only 33,183 struck (PCGS # 8088) .
