1928 Mint Error Minor Planchet Lamination Obverse. PCGS graded MS-63. Bright silver and lustrous, with no signs of toning and the surfaces are satin smooth as expected for the choice grade. One of the lower mintage dates of this series and always in demand when found this nice (PCGS # 7373) .
