Lot 271

1825 N-10 R3 PCGS Genuine, XF Details, Environmental Damage. Frosty olive brown and dark reddish steel mixed with some lighter brown and chocolate on the reverse. The color on the obverse looks natural but the reverse appears to have been retoned. The only other defects are two tiny rim nicks at stars 4 & 5 and a short inconspicuous scratch left of the O in OF. There is no hint of "Environmental Damage" as stated on the slab label. Rare LDS with a cud break connecting star 7 to the rim above, one of the finer examples known with this cud. Our grade is VF35+ sharpness net VF30 for the retoning.
Estimated Value $200-UP.

Realized $494
