1817 N-8 R2 "Mouse Top" VF30. Glossy light to medium chocolate brown. No notable marks. Very late die state with a patch of fine die roughness in the field under star 5 and a "Mouse" break on top of the head under star 8. Strong die flowlines extend the outer star points to the dentils that flow into very high rims around both sides. Removed from an NGC slab graded AU50 (NGC label #3419164-008 included, and it shows the attribution).
