1853-D. PCGS graded MS-61. Lovely golden toning. Only 3,178 struck with merely 90 examples estimated to have survived. this is one of the finer examples known today, and it offers a much sharper than usual strike. The surfaces are clean too, especially for the modest grade assigned. A Dahlonega condition rarity that will surely please any specialist of the series. Pop 7; 2 finer in 62. (PCGS # 7768) .
